WPPS Grade 1 2012

Put together by Hayley and Surraya of Grade 4 with Mrs Whittle. Great work! It was lots of fun too….

The grade 1′s wanted to bring some colour to our outside environment. We finished painting them with colours and hand prints – already the grade 1′s have gotten much pleasure out of them! We hope next years grade 1′s and 4′s appreciate them.

This morning we talked to Miss Cervenjak and her grade prep/1 class all the way over in Canada! She showed us outside and it looked VERY cold. Miniya asked them what time it was – it was 2pm on Monday there and 9am Tuesday here. Jasmine asked them what they enjoy doing and one boy liked playing ball.

Hi Grade 1′s!!
I arrived in Canada yesterday. This was my big plane that I had to fly in for 13 hours to get from New Zealand to Vancouver.

I just woke up this morning and looked out of my bedroom window and guess what?

It started snowing while I was sleeping!

Yesterday, my friend took my flying in a tiny airplane called a Jabiru. It was so much fun!
