This week, Hot Potatoes enjoyed The Grouchy Ladybug By Eric Carle.

“If I was a little Ladybug is our new song. I like to sing it because I like ladybugs now.” Nathan

 

We went on our ladybug hunt. It was fun looking for aphids that the ladybugs eat. We didn’t find any ‘real’ ladybugs today but we did find some other ones!” Joyice & Nyachuot.

    I never realized that their wings hid under their shell – I thought their wings was their shell! I wonder what other interesting things there is t know about lady bugs.
